Sucking service and being over charged

Shoprite @it again can't believe how ur staff treats the very same people who pay their salaries, to start with today was my first day shopping @shoprite and I must say the service has gone to the dogs, firstly we get rushed to finish shopping, secondly u don't have people who pack our groceries, thirdly ur receipts do not have the name of ur cashiers this cashier of urs who threw my groceries around simply because she is in a rush to go home after so much money we spent @your store n be given attitude not to mention being over charged for an item we saw @a lower price iam disgusted and want to puke
