Bad Service of Management

Every month it is the same story at this Shoprite and last night I totally had it.
I do my monthly shopping at Shoprite and every month a pay over R2 000.00 WORTH OF GROCERIES. How can the managers just stand and watch how all the customers just pack their own bags, if it was one or two items no problem than I do not mind but over R 2 000.00, TO BE EXACT R2 460.94, worth of groceries that I need to pack by myself.
1. No trolleys available, I ask one of the girls that works there, very politely, please empty this big trolley for me so that I am able to use it. I have no idea what she answered in her own language but I could see by her body language and facial expression it was not "with pleasure Mam".
2. The trolley I had to get so bad service for, was at the end BROKEN, I was so disappointed and just carried on with this broken trolley.
3.Then at the end of it all, I had to pack all my groceries. Than the Manager came and I asked very politely where all the packers are and she said that they do not have any and she and her co-worker, manager or whatever, just stood there and watch me pack my groceries.
You speak about how you care for your customers, I DO NOT THINK SO.
