Chasing away the custome

I went to shoprite yesterday to do groceries shopping! I was a bit late, got there at 13:45, knowing that they close at 14:00! So I tried to hurry a bit not to take too long! More than half way of my shopping (14:15) the one staff member comes to me and tells me we are closed, and my trollie was almost full of groceries, and I was almost done! So told her that I'm a customer, and will finish my shopping! Then the next moment the one lady, think she's a shop-controller or something also came to me and tells me sorry but were closed! I was so so upset and asked them, how can they chase away customers like that?? I mean, I went there before closing time, and tried to be fast, an it was only 14:15! The contoller lady also screamed and argued with me, and that's no way to treat client, I know cause I also work with clients! I just left my trolley full of groceries an meats and everything there, told them I will report this, and left! And they thought it was funny! oh and when I asked to see the manager I was told that she is busy in her office! How rude is that??? I don't the names, but I know who they are, what they look like! Will never put a foot in that place again!!!
