SHOPRITE WHAT A DIGRACE SUCH A BIG COMPANY

I went to purchase groceries at Shoprite Lenasia and swiped my card twice then it declined the cashier then advised that i go and withdraw money, I couldn't withdraw the amount i wanted but when i went back to the store i received the in contact message that the money was reserved for the purchase at Shoprite, WHENi showed this message to the cashier supervisor she then called then branch manager who told me that she needed to confirm with bank as the money is not reflect in their account and she couldn't give me money nor the groceries, i was in the at 11:00 and left the store at 14:oopm, the treatment i got from the branch manager was disgusting, i wonder the manager is able to treat their customers in this manner what will then the employees do? when i told her that i will never shop at that store anymore she simply laughed at me and told me in my face that " it is my loss"
on tuesday the 291013 I called the Regional Manager for that branch who promised that she was going to visit the store and come back to me since then i have not heard from anyone at Shoprite!!! WHAT A SHAME SUCH A BIG COMPANY!!!
