Bad customer service

On the 5th November, I placed an order for a Camden 2 seater and 3 seater couch in Midnight respectively. To date the consignment has not yet been delivered within 14 days as promised.

Even after several attempts I have had difficulty in reaching their Customer Liasons department, to find out what is causing the delay. On occassions that I have been able to reach them nobody was able to explain why I haven't received my couches as yet.

This is unacceptable to me as a paying customer as I have paid for the goods in full and I expect your store to honour their end of the agreement as well.
