Nonexistent customer service

So I got the standard " we tried to contact you but were unable to get through" schtick from Edgars, still no feedback received. Wonder if the right hand knows what the left is doing. If anyone reading this can help me, please advise who else besides the ombudsman would be able to deal with this? The people at Edgars dont seem to care about their customers.
