Bad Service, attitude and Delivery

An order for 2x 2 seater couches was placed about 4 weeks ago after which I was informed it would be ready to deliver within 2 weeks. No notice was given that the stock arrived after 2 weeks and when Mr Price was contacted I was informed that the order was never placed so I had to wait another week or two. After phoning several times I was later informed that the couches did arrive and would be delivered ONLY on a Wednesday and in the afternoon. I waited the entire afternoon and just before 6 I got a call from the delivering company wanting to know my adress after which I had to phone him back to explain because he had no artime. This is unacceptable! Mr Price Home has a policy not to carry goods to a second story building, which is outrageous because most people don't have the facilities or resources available to carry furniture such as a couch up and into an apartment. Customer service, and GOOD customer service is essential!!
