NO DELIVERY OF GOODS!!!

I bought a 2 seater couch on the 01-09-2013. I was assisted by Venter Bonginkosi who told me that the order will 10 days to be delivered to my house. I was not happy but I accepted. He also asked that I pay the full amount of the couch includin the delivery fee. I then received an SMS from Vanessa who told me that I should call an 0313679409 as they are unable to reach me. This whole time was line was available. I tried to call the number but I could not go through. I have also been communicating the Venter from the store and he is unable to give me answers and keeps blaming everything on the delivery guys. Its been almost a month now. And no one is telling me anything. I am very upset and I just need that couch to be delivered. Mr Price home does not know what awesome service is, so I am hoping this hello peter complait will assist me!!!
