Problem with delivery and merchandise!

During March/April we purchased a set of couches from Furniture City. When the couches were delivered, we only received the 3 seater and the 2 seater. The single couch only came 3 weeks later. Upon receiving the 3 seater, we saw that there was a rip at the bottom of the couch and contacted Furniture City, upon which we were promised a replacement as soon as possible. This morning, after having to follow up with Furniture City time and time again, we finally received the replacement 3 seater - only to see that it is damaged as well. In addition to this, the delivery person could not give us a specific time of delivery, so we (on more than one occassion) had to take half a day off at work in order to wait for them.
