Parcel delivered at wrong address

I ordered comforter set form home choice on the 24/10/2013 and paid cash on 25/11/2013. firtly i was provided with wrong banking details. secondly they delivered my order to physical address whereas i requested my order to be delivered to my postal address in limpopo. i contacted them immediately sfter delivery man called me that they were in my place to deliver and by that time i was at work. they told me that thay will send it back and be the week ending 22/11/2013 the parcel will be back in cape town and the lady i spoke to she promised to follow up and update me but she never contacted me. i contacted them on the 22/11 to follow up if they received the the parcel back as i was promised but only to find out the parcel is still in johannesburg and has to go back to cape town. i asked when the parcel will reach them but all they said they dont know when they will get the parcel because they must certain number of parcel in order to send them back together. this is really not good service to me as they stated that they deliver within 4 weeks but is already four weeks but the parcel is still lying somewhere. now i have incurred necessary costs for following up
