Fail to follow instructions!!!

I had a parcel that needed to be delivered at my work place.. I leave work @ 4pm. I called them in the morning to make sure my parcel is on its way. Witch it was.. 3PM I call again for an update. and was promised I will get my parcel before I leave work. So 4PM comes and goes. I phone again.. tell the 5PM an no later than that.. 5pm came and gone..so I call and tel them they useless and now they better deliver my parcel @ my house on Friday.
Friday morning I phone to make sure. To find out the ignored my instructions and the parcel is out on delivery again to my work address. So I give them my house address again and say I want the parcel delivered today (Friday) by 11 AM. 11 AM came and gone.. I phone again.. my parcel is still out to my work address.. now I Again I gave them my house address with instruction I WANT MY PARCEL TODAY..

I'm still waiting for my parcel.. This is the last time I will ever use courier-it or recommend them to any one!
