I am very unhappy with the service I was given yesterday, firstly the parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday to my work address and I get a call to say that the driver tried to deliver my parcel but the office was closed, firstly this is rubbish as everyone was at work from 8am in the morning secondly no one even called me on my cellphone to verify that they were at the office. The lady from Fedex then said she would get them to deliver the parcel again which I said was fine. 2pm comes and still nothing so I called her back and asked where the driver was as the office was closing at 3pm. She said she couldnt guarantee the parcel was going to be there before 4 pm so I needed to give an alternative address which i did, my home address. I waited until 3.45pm and still no parcel arrived so I called Fedex again and the lady said the driver had been out since 1pm and she wasnt sure where he was because no one could get hold of him to check where my parcel was. She gave me his cell number to check which I tried calling and was off.
I never received my parcel yesterday and now I must wait until Tuesday to get my parcel??? I am a weightloss consultant and the parcel was a delivery
