On the 21 November 2013 I went to purchase tickets for myself, daughter and my niece at Checkers Northgate. I asked for a ticket for my niece who was going to be travelling to dbn from Mthatha and I asked for a bus departing at half one reaching dbn at around seven in the evening, which I got and signed for. So on Saturday I caught a bus going to dbn while on my way there I get a call from my sister who was dropping off my niece at the bus station informing me that the reference number i had given her was incorrect after a while she calls me again to inform me that the bus my niece was booked was for half one after midnight not the one for the afternoon. I tried calling the call centre and I was told call back on sunday which I could not as I was traveling to a wedding and my niece was going to travel to Mthatha with my daughter. I then came back to Jhb tried to contact Autopax and I was told that I had signed for the ticket and that there was nothing they can do. My question is how was I supposed to know that their tickets for midday & afternoons are 13h00 as opossed 1h00. I mean a mistake was made by someone at checkers why should I suffer the concequences as a paying client
