Avon parcel ordered on 6/12/13 not yet delivered

Avon order placed 6 December 2013 not delivered yet on 7 January 2014. Since 20 December 2013 numerous calls were made to query this & Call Centre promised on daily basis parcel will be delivered following business day after even alternative address was given for the delivery. According to Call Centre parcel were not delivered in the first place because nobody at delivery address but delivery address is a business that only closed on 20 December 2013 & customer were not even informed that parcel were not delivered & had to query after two weeks to find out that according to couriers nobody was found at delivery address which is not true as the business was in full operation during business hour until 20 December 2013. An alternative address was given on 20 December 2013 & still the parcel has not been delivered. No answers or explanations, only promises that are not adhered to.
