Treat “Valued” Clients like SH...!

I placed an order and was supposed to receive a free gift. When they delivered the parcel they delivered it to my work address. Firstly I never changed the address to my Work address.

I was off sick and expected the parcel to be delivered to my Home address. I then got a call from my colleague stating that the parcel was delivered there. Only when I went to the office I was told that the box was delivered damaged and there was no delivery note.

I immediately phoned and asked for the delivery check list as the free gift was not in the box and the Check list.

I fully trust the lady who signed for the parcel and the parcel was locked in our save till I came back. So I just want to clear that out as well.

Then I get almost every day a call that I am a valued customer and what do I want to buy!!! If I am so valued... Why do you treat me like SH...?

Every time they put the phone down in my ear. Even when the Manager did phone me today (5 Feb) she through the phone down in my ear!

What kind of service is that? Maybe I should stop paying my debit orders... Maybe then they will treat me better because then I am not valued anymore...
