What a pathetic way to run a launch

I have just been to the gateway Game and i am applaud at the way these guys conducted their relaunch and the security guards had such bad attitude. The person at the mircophone also was so rude i would have waited in the queue but the way people was getting treated was just putrid. Next time when there is a sale you guys need to be more civilized. Your customers are human beings not some animal
