Eceived damaged tv and refused to refund

I purchased a tv @ the relaunch sale at Game gateway. I had the box sealed because I was goin to move into my new place in 2 months. Never bothered to open and test the tv becoz of the 5yr guarantee. When I opened it the screen was cracked. I took it back to the store manager who refuses to accept dat the tv was received damaged even thou there is proof that the tv was neva opened. They where supposed to send the tv for an assessment and get back 2 me which they haven't as yet. I'm extremely off @ them as I won't pay 4 sumthing that I did not damage. There is no customer service evident at all!!!
