Game Gateway a complete JOKE

Yesterday, game had a planned sale, with times to open at 07:00 and close at 21:00.

I stood in the queue from 15:00 and managed to get close to the door at 19:00, when we were told the store is closed and will only re-open the following morning. This was completely ridiculous as you had advertised to open and close at set time.

I was completely annoyed, however, i kept my anger in and asked if i come back tomorrow, will i have to stand in the same queue again? or was there a number they could give me to come back. they told me no.

I then left at 20:30, with nothing. I had wasted my time. I called the contact center today to ask what had happened and why game closed so early, i was RUDELY spoken to by Jacob Bosh, who then told me game opens at 07:00 but can close their doors when they see fit so staff can leave at 21:00. That i am sorry, is the biggest load of rubbish i have every heard. He spoke to me in a such a rude tone, raised his voice at me, and when i recited what he told me, he said i was lying.

Game Gateway and Game customer service is appalling.
