Gateway Relaunch Specials

Good day,

Game stores at gateway mall in Umhlanga has been currently hosting their relaunch specials after standing 6 hours in a queue to get into the game stores I was very disappointed by the attitude and service of the staff in the store. I wished to purchase 10 blackberry curves on special at the store and was told ONLY ONE PER CUSTOMER which was not stated on the promotions ad as other products were, the store manager refused to let me purchase more than 1 prepaid phone unless I rica the sim (please not these were being purchased as gifts with he was aware of) he offered me 7 phones provided they be rica I told him I did not have a proof of residence with me and that I do have it on email which I could send to his email only to be told he is doing me a favour and I am making life hard for him!! I asked if I could pay for the phones and collect them the next day when I bring all my documentation only to be told I must stand again in the cue which I waited in for over 5 hours!! This is terrible service and Game lost out on R10000 worth of business but that manager didn't seem to care.
