My query has been outstanding for over a month and to date I have not claimed for a phone that I have been paying insurance for over 5 years for. I do not want to claim for this anymore since no one can help me and I constantly need to get my own feedback with my own money. Spoke to some from the customer service team who instead of letting me know how far my query is he tells me what my query is. I refuse to be like the thousands of client that you have ripped off with your so called insurance. Please kindly refund my money within 7 days so that I can gladly close your account and deal with stores that actually care about their clients and instead of ripping them off they service them. no wonder you have messed up stuff you can hardly even solve a simple query.
