Incompentent and rude cashie

It was around 5:50 when I was second in the queue at one of Game's paypoint. Philile was very slow in performing her duties. She helped the lady before me pack her bags and had a good attitude towards her. However, when it was my turn to pay her attitude changed completely. She didn't even ask me if I wanted a plastic bag and when I asked her for one, she sighed and then threw it on the items I had just bought. Upon asking if she wasn't going to pack my items, she merely said "it is just two items, I am sure you will manage, besides, I need to save time." The question is? Whose time because mine was wasted as I had to wait my turn. When I asked her if it is because I am black as I noticed she treated the lady before me with a bit more respect and she was white, and that seems to be the norm with our black people, (I am black by the way), she just said: " I am! " My remark stemmed from the fact that I see this trend often at game where some people are treated better than others and it is not necessarily about the colour but how young you look as well. Now, because of Philile's incompetence and rude behaviour, I don't think I will ever set foot at Game in Rosebank ever!!!
