Putrid Customer Service of Game Lenasia

I am extremely angered and appalled at the service of Game - Lenasia branch. Today I purchased an Xbox 360 game at 16:42 pm. I was told to proceed to collections. At collections I waited a total of 34 minutes before a man came to open the disks storage. I waited another 10 minutes before his response was "The game is out of stock". That's a total of 44 minutes wasted waiting to make a purchase. Why was the game on the shelf if it was out of stock? Absolutely pathetic service. Why did I have to wait 34 minutes before someone came with the key. The store was not busy at all so there's absolutely no excuse for the time delay. I love shopping with Game but this has changed my whole perspective on the company. This whole time delay and pathetic service has been nothing but a cost on me. I live 9 km away from Game and my trip was solely for the visit to Game. That is a waste of my petrol which is not cheap and also the parking cost. Game needs to employ people with better customer service skills and should look in to changing their protocols. Why should a customer make a purchase if Game itself does not know if they have stock of the product? Absolutely pathetic service!
