WASTING PEOPLES TIME AND MONEY

Game (Gateway) is currently having a sale. If you go to game during this sale, you will have to wait in a queue to enter the shop. I made a special trip to this specific branch after work (14/11/2013). I closed my dental practice early in order to get to the shop with time to spare, which is 35km away and arrived at game @ 17h45. I was told that they are not allowing anyone else in the queue. During the day I have tried calling Game Gateway, numerous times between 8am and 5pm. The telephone lines were engaged on all attempts. So when you get there and be told you cannot join the queue, I was extemely angry. I was told come tomorrow. Surely some means of notifying the public about their operations would have been indicated. I listen to the local radio station the whole day, so I know this mean was not used. If I was travelling from around the corner I would not worry too much but for all of us that made to drive from far away, no one will be compensated. "You always win at game" DEFINITELY NOT.
