About 12 deliveries... you've proved to be hopeless

Original purchase happened in August. About 12 deliveries and the goods still delivered damaged. I tried to exchange the current goods for different goods but they have refused to give the 25% discount that was given on the original sale. I decided to cancel half the deal. They asked if they could try and sort it out. I told store manager he had till 12 the next day, if he didn't get back to me... I would go from cancelling half the deal... to cancelling the entire deal. Needless to say I got no call. I called at about 15:40 to cancel the entire deal, the store manager said he would call be back in a few minutes. I had to call them back, as usual, at 17:40. Blame shifted. They tried to give me different offers... which could have been done after the third delivery. I want NOTHING to do with furniture city. Since Tuesday, I have not been contact for collection of the goods. I want MY money back. Clearly you guys have enough sales that you can throw certain sales in the dustbin. I now have no furniture and high phone accounts, after calling after consultants who promised to call me back. Please collect YOUR! I'll take my business to some-one who will actually treat me with respect.
