Poor management results in poor employees

I called the manager of the store who was unhelpful and uninterested. The employees are shouting to other people while you on the phone and then transfer you to different departments and not the right one. The attitude of the employees are beyond appalling.

I received a ring as a gift. All I wanted to do was have it resized or have it exchanged. I went to the woodlands store around the 30 October and they dont stock the ring. They called menlyn and the menlyn store made us and the woodlands salesman, wait about 25minutes to have useless info. We drove to menlyn and the lady assured me she would call the rep for the jewellery company and pretended to be sympathetic about the importance of the ring. She did not get back to me and she saying it will take months and the rep would not be back for sometime. She never called back. I returned last week wednesday and apparently the sales lady was not in. Maria helped this time giving me a receipt saying she does get back to her customers and the ring will be sent on thursday, she did not send it.By last week I had already contacted the rep myself and he was expecting edgars to send the ring. He only received the ring this morning.
