DO NOT BUY FROM FURNITURE CITY... EVER!!

I have never had an experience like this is my life before. I have been struggling with Furniture City since 3 February now. I decided to invest in their package deal, the worst mistake ever. Besides the fact that I have been arguing with these guys about their HUGE lack of communication, the poor service and the fact that they did not have stock of 90% of the goods. The Polo Head Board set that formed part of the package was originally delivered 3 weeks ago; upon opening and setting it up I discovered that it was a demo set. The leather was torn in certain areas and was not of a great standard to start off with. They eventually agreed to exchange the damaged goods. I had the luxury of opening the delivered goods yesterday to setup only to find that the base of the set is broken and most of the bolts that are needed to assemble it are missing. In my experience: I would not deal or purchase anything from furniture city ever again. The quality is not great at all, the pricing is HIGH to that of their competitors, they deliver poor service and have no sense of communication, heck there phone lines don't work half the time when you need to contact them!
