I purchased a Windows 8 activation code in-store when I bought my computer last year at Bayside Mall. It has now been a year and I have not been able to get my upgrade as the specific drivers for my Lenovo are not released. The store manager was arrogant and rude when he spoke down to me, he refused to refund my purchase of Windows 8 which I will not be able to use.
How do i get my refund for this purchase done over a year ago?
