Money back after a bad sale

On the 23rd July 2013 I bought a 4 piece bedroom suit at UFO Montana for R12000, I paid for it cash via credit card. The sales person then told me that their delivery is R750 which I then said I didn't have; he then told me that they will not deliver the goods until I pay the delivery fee of which I agreed. But just as I finished paying I went to check the goods that I bought, then I was approached by one of their assistants who then showed me all the negative impacts of the furniture I just paid for and he further told me they were ripping me off. He further proved his point by demonstrating and showing all the flaws. i then immediately called the other sales person and told him I want my money back, he refused and argued his way out. I was tired as I'm highly pregnant (38weeks) and the store was about to close, I told him I will come back tomorrow to fetch my money.

Now my problem is that when I went back they told me (1). they are not even sure if I will get my money back; (2). that I should wait 10 days before I could hear if they decide to give me back my money and (3). should it happen that they give me back my money they will charge me R500 paper work/admin
