Rude arogant sales assistant, no manners, attitude!

Nasty encounter@mr price home.loyal customer that support mr price with over 8000pm.purchasing a coat hanger marked down along others marked downs.went to cash point to reconfirm price which she did by checking on system, &stated it was correct.left it @the counter& continued with rest of my shopping. After done proceeded to till point 2pay.prisca (cashier) served me -started shouting in Zulu& speaking vulgarly &abusively to me&infront of other onlookers.she always has this attitude.i was in shock&asked what the prob was? She started blatantly accusing me saying it's the incorrect price.@that point I was frustrated &annoyed &embarresed.requested 4manager but to no avail.i paid &stated that would call the area manager to clarify this accusation &deal with this matter! she laughed cynically in my face &said "good, see how far u get". I brought it up the following day with Tas (store manager)&requsted a formal apology from priaca &that this issue b dealt with &a follow up call.i stil havent recieved any form of apology or remorse till date.when I see prisca in store till today-she's rude, arrogant&makes me feel uncomf &jus smirks&skinners to other staff about me.totally unacceptable
