Over pricing and bad attitude

Went to buy a pack of Med lemons (8s) yesterday and the price on the shelf clearly stated R24, 99 but when i got to the till it scanned R29. i then told the cashier about the discrepancy and went on to show them about the price tag showing on the shelf which clearly stated R24, 99. they further went on to call another lady (Tanya) who i thought was gonna correct the price on the machine but she came with a very bad attitude telling me that she wont change the price as "I probably put the price there" to try and get a discount! Really? its apparently their policy to stick to prices that are scanned at the till and will not change them for whatever reason. this was so demeaning and low and i ended up abandoning everything i had brought at the store. this lady wasnt even bothered that for a difference of about R4 which is their fault, she would lose a sale of almost R200. as a matter of fact i then went to Spar and got the same pack of med lemons for R24, 99. i was loyal to pick and pay and have always chosen them over any other store but with this kind of service and attitude i now have second thoughts. i am just another lousy customer not needed by the store. i am really disgusted!!!
