Kalahari refuses to fix problem

I sold a book von the Kalahari website. On 3 September 2013 i updated my banking details and i received a mail from Kalahari acknowleding the fact that my details was changed... During September, Kalahari was doing system upgrades. On 24 September 2013 they paid the money owed to me into the wrong (old) account. I wanted the money paid to my new account, therefore i changed my details. Kalahari is now saying its my problem and that i must sort it out with the bank. They will only sort it out if an error was made... But an error was made, they paid the money into the wrong account and they are refusing to pay the money into my new account...

The fact remain is that i updated my bank deatils successfully, kalahari acknowledge that... they paid the money into the wrong account and now i must run to get my own money... they had issues with the upgrading of their system, they are at fault but i must fix the problem...
