Baracuda Genius Pool Cleaner

I called Makro PE at 13h00 yesterday to check the stock on the Baracuda Genuis Pool Cleaner which is on special offer until today 28/10; and was infromed they had sufficient stock and I could visit their store today (Monday) to make my purchase.

Furthermore, I double checked this by visiting the Makro website and this too confirmed that the PE store had stock.

Needless to say that when I arrived at 08h40 this morning to make the purchase; I was informed that had no stock of the said product!

Apart from wasting my time and failing to deliver on their promises; the fact remains that no one could advise me when the next shipment would be arriving NOR could they confirm whether I would be able to make the said purchase at the special price (when the next shipment arrives).

This is so frustrating and disappointing; I trust that someone from Makro will respond and advise me accordingly.
