Bad Service From A Superviso

I was at the Shoprite Store to purchase dog fund, the price tag price was R89.99. When I got to the till point the price changed to R99.99, I then advised the cashier of the price I saw on the floor. She then asked one of the other consultants to get the price tag as that's the price I saw on the floor.
Later the Supervisor was called to override the purchase where she told me that the name on the price tag was different to what I came to purchase, I then told her that that is the price I saw on the floor and its not like it was one item under that pricing.
She told me there's nothing she can do because she will not change the price I must just take something else, firstly her attitude was very bad for a supervisor she then asked if I wanted a manager and on her way to call the manager she stopped at every till point having a convo while the line was piling up and me waiting for the manager.
