1 store 1 person giving me nonsense service but Y

We bought a set cushions covers on Saturday and when we got home we realized it was damaged and since it was weekend i waited for Monday to go and exchange them, upon my arrival in Kempton squire i found Ntombi who told me she is not going to exchange for me those items i need to go and exchange were i bought them i asked her is it not one company and why am i being sent away now that i already spent my money who is going to compensate me for my petrol and is it worth fighting with a customer for only R40. Why is this lady always giving me such a bad service i had thought she learned from our previous encounter clearly her superiors keep letting her get away with this stinking attitude she is giving the customers. I HATE SHOPPING IN THIS STORE AND WILL NEVER EVER WASTE MY MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE.
