My daughter had a bbe shower on weekend so we wanted 2 exchange jst 3 items that were duplicates. We went 2 jet quagga n we wer told that they dnt exchange without proof of purchase.wat kind of a store does that. I requested 2 speak 2 the store manager we waited 4 30minutes n the store manager never came. What kind of service is that u offering 2 customers? So what you telling customers is that they must not but gifts @ jet because you dnt exchange. Why does other edcon stores do exchange bt jet doesnt n only the jet in quagga doesnt exchange without proof of purchase the other jet stores are more than happy to assist with no hessitation.im very dissapointed
