Jet store has been charging me for funeral plan without me agreeing to it and they refuse to reimburse money they have been deducting on my account. They put blame on me for not telling them I don't receive statements, does not receiving statement give them authority to impose policy on my account without my knowledge or agreeing to it. I went to jet centurion which was where it is alleged that's where agreement took place to find answers I got no help I've been calling customer service centre without any help except shifting blame on me for not receiving mail
