REQUEST FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF DAMAGED GOODS TU

Shops, Products, Services

On Friday, 28 06 2013 @ 14:00 I visited the store and bought home decor goods to the value of R2089.79. The cashier on that day was Ms Dunisai Vukeya who insisted to accompany me to the parking lot as I had 2 trolleys full and she even packed the staff for me in da car unfortunately on arrival home I noticed that the 2 x lampshades I bought the are broken from the head however due to my work schedule I could not return to the sho the following day but on Friday, 12 July 2013 at 17:00 I visited the shop with the said request to either get a refund or exchange, da 1st person i met at cashiers lessoned to my story and advised that I leave the said lights and that I go to the floor & get an exchange of anything to the value of R200 I did that & on return the store manager was called to give authorisation for damaged goods and she refused indicating that is not her responsibility however I explained to her that I did not break the lamps however she dismissed me by saying she will not take them and left me standing there and unfortunately i felt that there was no customer care considered and even the return policy writen on the receipt was not applied therefore i still want to exchange.
