Pathetic Service Jet OTA Cellula

I purchased 2 mtn vouchers from ota jet on my phone Saturday morning. Though successful I did not receive my sms vouchers. I tried phoning jet cellular query line which stayed engage. 2 hours later finally got through I was told that jet is experiencing technical difficulties and technicians are attending to it. The consultant told me to phone back at 4.30 they would send me my voucher which to no surprise, I could not get through. At 5 the voice automated message stated that offices is closed. I then tried to purchase another voucher which once again did not come through. yet i received sms from OTA encouraging me to buy airtime On Sunday I tried phoning and still could not get through. I contacted the accounts dep and told the lady that I cannot get through to ota jet cellular. She then transferred me herself and once again the phoneline was just ringing. numerous attempts of trying to get through monday a consultant told me to reboot my phone and he will resend the sms. After mailing my complaint again i only received my vouchers on tuesday eve but the one was invalid. after mailing complaint again and not able to get through on phone - thursday evening - no assistanc
