I purchased a total or 79 groupon vouchers as gifts for my clients. All of these voucher were paid for, however 16 of these vouchers were not issued with a voucher code, After numerous phonecalls I still did not receive these codes. Then I sent a mail to my clients to enquire who received their vouchers that was emailed from the Groupon website and nearly 60% of these were not received. I had to resend them. After every phonecall I made I was promised by a customer care consultant that someone will phone me back..I am still waiting. After another call to them I was then told that they have credited the 16 vouchers back into my account. This I did not ask for. Yet the Ster Kinekor deal is still being advertised on the groupon website, only now it was increased in price and even if I try order these vouchers I can not. A manager promised to phone me back yesterday..still nothing. It has been 21 days and today I phoned only to be cut off twice.

I demand to get some service. I demand that I get the voucher codes to be resent to my clients who are now expecting this. I demand that you stop making empty promises.
