OTA airtime voucher pin sms not received

Since approximately the 1st of November 2013 (about 10 days ago) I have been waiting for my airtime vouchers to arrive. The problem began when I purchased about 4-5 R55 vouchers via the Edgars Mobile OTA system. I did not receive the sms containing the voucher pins yet, the vouchers have been charged to my account. Upon speaking to an Edgars consultant on the phone, I was told that in order to rectify the problem, I would have to go into an Edgars store and explain the situation. I find this extremely annoying as I now have to rectify a problem which I did not cause. This is not professional and is simply, bad customer service. Also when you call the Edgars help line you receive no assistance at all! I went on to purchase about 3 more vouchers as I thought that maybe there was a glitch in the system and my vouchers had not actually been processed. However, once again I still did not receive the sms containing the voucher pin. Lastnight (10th November) I purchased 2 vouchers (R12 & R55) and I did receive the pins. Today (11th) I was only able to purchase one voucher as I have apparently reached my monthly limit... YET I HAVEN'T RECEIVED 8-9 VOUCHER PINS!
