Lack of delivery of vouchers

I signed up for electronic vouchers on 13.03.2013. Since then I have not received a single voucher, despite reporting this twice via e-mail and three or four times via telephone, of which there is a record. I was told that this was due to a change in the mailing system, even though the system was changed months after I signed up for electronic vouchers. I have been told, every time I have spoken to someone telephonically, that my online account would be activated, and this has never happened.
I see that I am now losing vouchers due to these expiring, even though I never received them.
I was told that if I wanted I wanted them to "force" vouchers for me, I would receive only one voucher as this is how things are done.
As a loyal Clubcard holder of approximately 17 years, I find these excuse unacceptable. I do not see how Clicks computer system problems and inadequacies are the problem of the consumer.
