Efusal to accept valid vouche

As a new account holder I received vouchers that can be used against purchases from the Edcon group at certain values.
I purchased Playsation3 online (CNA) at total exceeding R4000, entitling me to a voucher worth R300.At Edgars Clearwater my online receipt was printed for me from their systems and I was told to take it to CNA and they would credit my account with the R300.At CNA Clearwater they stated that they could credit my account even though it was an online purchase but that the terms and conditions of the voucher says that it can't be used against "digital Goods". They then pointed out the line on the voucher which reads as follows: "4. This voucher is not valid against the purchase of cellular phones, CD's, DVD's, Cellular or Telkom Airtime"
This statement doesn't outline that the voucher can't be used against anything digital it specifically excludes products which it cant be used against. There is no indication that this voucher cant be used against Playstaion purchases or even gaming CD's if I whished to be technical. CNA has their own internal jargon which dictates to them that key words like CD's and cell phone somehow defines every digital item in store. Clients cannot be
