Good Day

I received a letter dated the 12th October 2013, stating that my payment for the month had not been received.

I have checked my records and according to the slip I have with me my account was paid on the 1st October 2013 at 13:32 at the Cape Town Central Store.

Payment Serial Number on the Receipt is as follows

S/N 01102013 00510 00108 034078 13:32:58

The payment of R250 was received by the Cashier Nize Ndabeni 2216337.

Can this please be investigated and adjusted accordingly please.
