VOUCHER STILL PENDING

I purchased 3 vouchers and only received 2 vouchers. I have been told to wait for 72 hours to receive it and I waited more than 72 hours still NO VOIUCHER for me. Why they did not sent 3 vouchers at once beats me. Groupon, the service you provide is really unacceptable. Can someone tell me if I will get my voucher or you will refund me. Calling your support line does not help at all
