I have purchased two airtime vouchers of R30 on the 14 December 2013 and R60 on the 25 December 2013. I have tried to resend the vouchers to my mobile number from the options on *130*334#.
I have never received these voucher number to date (02 January 2014). I have contacted the call centre on many occasions and still no voucher names where send to me. I spoke to three different individuals: Duduzile, Tshepo and Peacemaker and all informed me that my query will be sent to the Adminstration Department. I requested to speak to a Team leader/ Manager but the call was dropped. I have been billed for the vouchers and need to pay for this "service" which I never received. I have to spend alot a money phoning the call centre that always have large volumes of calls. I have to hold the line for about 12 minutes for every call made to the OTA call centre.

It was confirmed that there is a issue with the system as there are upgrades or something being done but this was not communicated when purchasing airtime from the OTA service. This is really disappointing that such a well known company that promises good service provides such service.
