Still awaiting a refund for over a month

Around May 2013 I purchased a set of wheel lock nuts. On 21/09/2013 I went to return the item because of rust inside all of them. Samit informed me that it will have to go back to the supplier and they will contact me for a refund. I thought that was quite stupid because I would have to return to the store of a mere R75. After a discussion he asked me to sms my banking details to him 084 800 4498 so I don't have to return. On 25/09/13 I sent the sms but no acknowledgement that it was received. After 3 weeks no one contacted me so I called the store. Samit said that the refund should have been done but the lady who handles the refunds is not in today so he will check up what going on the next day. Another 2 weeks have past and still no one has contacted me and no payment has been made into my bank account. The amount is not a lot of money but the mere disregard for a customers request for a refund of a defected item is extremely frustrating.
