Badly designed and noisy helmet

I purchased a flip up Spirit helmet from what I thought was a promising local brand.

However, it seems that their helmets are only designed to be ridden at town speeds. Anything exceeding 80 kmh causes a lot of wind noise, which is not only damaging to customers hearing, but also extremely irritating.

Upon contacting the manufacturer, we received various uninterested responses like: Sorry to hear about that. But we never received one offer to bring the helmet in to check it out or possible solutions.

They harped on the helmet being too big even though the head measurements are 1cm below the max for the size we bought!

The excuse used is that this is a "Budget" brand, which translates to me a an admittance that their brand is of low quality, and it would be better to purchase an even cheaper "Budget" brand like AMA or VR1 or similar brand and have a better (And I assume safer) riding experience.

Please be careful when purchasing gear from this brand! I see on HelloPeter that their cordura pants are also not waterproof even though they claim on their website that it is FULLY waterproof.

This manufacturer is interested only in the sale, and care nothing about the clients
