Fastway will deliver your parcels to strangers

I purchased a motorcycle helmet from Spirit Motorcycles. When I checked my tracking number, I saw that my helmet was delivered today, however to someone I do not know. I have never known anyone by the name of Asie.

How can you guys not deliver to the person, whose name appears on the waybill? This is ridiculous! You must have delivered it to a different address altogether.

Sort this out ASAP!!!

All I can say is that your service is PATHETIC!!!
