Very poor after sales service. below email responses received after email to say product purchased not 100% waterproof.
Hi Cecil your email, we are aware that the crotch area of our cordura trousers are not waterproof and only the rest of the trousers is waterproof. The trousers is designed like that as if the whole trousers was cordura, you would have no flex or movement when wearing this trousers and most motorcycle trousers are designed this way. Out of all the trousers we have sold you are the first customer ever to complain about a non defective pair of trousers and I am actually highly offended

Good Day After cooling down and reading your mail again I see you mention that I can be refunded.
I will return the pants on the 25/04/2013 for the refund.

Hi Cecil That is incorrect, You will NOT be refunded for your trousers as its not a defect

Julian your previous mail below you will refund the cost to me, however it just proof again you saying one thing and then it is the opposite.
"Unfortunately this is not a manufacturer defect therefore we will be able to refund you"

That's was a spelling error as you can see I wrote "unfortunately ".
