Game not delivering on their promise

I bought 2 Raleigh 26inch mens bicycles on 22 December 2012. They were on special for R699.00 and they came with a free helmet. I was told that the helmets were out of stock then and would be available within a week or so.

The sales person took my details and wrote them in his book and said that they would call me as soon as the helmets were available. I am still waiting for that call.

I have gone there several times to check if they had received the helmets yet and was told no. It has now been over a month!!!

Can such a big company as Game honestly not have stock for such a long time??? Surely when they decided to have that sale they should have made sure that for each bicycle there was a corresponding helmet??? I am seriously not impressed and highly disappointed in the brand!!!
